Kamila Etchegoyen Rosolová
Kamila Etchegoyen Rosolová received her PhD in Educational Policy from Michigan State University, USA, where she went in 2001 as a Fulbright Scholar. Before that, she studied English translation studies (focus on conference interpreting) combined with education studies at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. She has been working in the Department of Language Studies since 2011, when she founded the Center for Academic Writing. Since 2019, she has become the Head of the Department of Language Studies, while still in charge of the Center for Academic Writing.
Research Interests:
scientific communication in English, scientific writing, pedagogy, writing development for doctoral students and supervisors
