Aimed at advanced students, this is the second of the 2-semester course package (Pre-C1-Advanced and C1-Advanced). Team-taught by a Czech and a native English speaker, this course prepares students for the Cambridge English: C1-Advanced (formerly CAE) exam. It focuses on further systematic development of language comprehension and language strategies for spoken and written communication, as well as reading and listening. The exam, either paper-based or computer-based, can be taken at the British Council.
